To Provide HS&E support to ‘Client' Operations. Co-ordinate and drive HSE-T matters with clients to meet legislation and enable ‘client'turnkeys
Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively support ‘client' project teams and clients to assess and meet legislative requirements in a timely and accurate manner with particular focus on environmental compliance.
Offshore rig visits – auditing of safely management system implementation.
Assist the improvement and delivery of the company HSE management system.
Onshore auditing of ‘client' sub-contractors
Tracking and reporting of HSE performance
Maintain close contract with regulatory authorities
Participate and lead incident investigations and participate in regulatory inspections.
Problem Solving
Providing practical solutions for improving HSE
Promote compliance with the Safety Management System
Manage Specialist service providers to deliver compliant environmental consent applications to meet tight deadlines resulting from changes to rig schedules.
Disseminating legislation update to ‘client'.
Co-ordinating and participating in ER exercises and provision of Feedback/suggestions to resolve any issues that have arisen
Work Assignments

Education
Some college experience required
Training Required
Accident investigation
Presentation skills
NEBOSH certificate
Company Specific FOCUS, ASA, etc.
ER Training
Drilling operations, subsea and completions awareness
Types of Experience
Some level of ‘hands on' work experience Offshore 1 years
Onshore Experience in HSE Department 3 years
Special Requirements
Good communicator. Must be able and willing to travel occasionally at short notice Offshore for incident investigations, including weekends.
